You don’t have to navigate motherhood alone.
Stephanie Wells RN, IBCLC, PMH-C
Stephanie is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Mother-Baby RN certified in perinatal mental health. With over 15 years of experience, she's had the honor of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the often-overwhelming transition into postpartum life.
She's known for being a compassionate provider who can hold space for the intense emotions and challenges that sometimes come with breastfeeding and early parenthood. Whether you're navigating feeding concerns, exhaustion, or unexpected emotions, she's here to support your breastfeeding journey without judgment.
Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feeding goals and concerns together. Whether you're working through latch difficulties, navigating pumping and supply questions, or just need someone to sit with you in the hard, overwhelming moments of early parenthood, she's here to support you without judgment. She offers home and virtual visits for families who prefer care in the comfort of their own space.

“Stephanie fostered a warm and nurturing environment… I am forever grateful for her dedication, expertise, and unwavering support during this critical time in my life. Stephanie is not just a lactation consultant; she is a lifesaver for new moms like me.”
-Darijana L.
“I cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough. Prior to working with her I had worked with 3 different lactation consultants, my supply was decreasing and my baby was struggling more and more to latch. Even working virtually, her encouragement, kindness and knowledge of the latest sciences & studies really turned things around for us and my baby is getting almost exclusively breastmilk now.”
